Follow functionality will soon be implemented in stable Chrome for Android; assuming you already have access to it, you’ll see options by tapping the three-dot menu in the top-right corner of the browser, then scrolling to the bottom of the menu. If you still don’t see the Follow button, you can enable it manually.

How to enable it manually ?
It can be manually enabled in under a minute. Open a new tab and type chrome://flags, then search for the term “web feed”.

Tap the drop-down box and select “Enabled” to enable the Follow button, then tap the “Restart” button when prompted to automatically close and reopen Chrome. The three-dot menu will contain a Follow option when Chrome restarts, after which users can simply tap a button to follow the sites they like. Chrome users on iOS will have to wait until next year to gain access to the feature.
